Arizona was on the top of my list for states to visit. I finally made the trek out there one winter break, landing on Christmas Day & flying back New Years Day. It was my first visit to the Southwest, and I enjoyed exploring the unfamiliar terrain. The light in Arizona is different than anywhere else I’ve been. It feels warmer in its color and depth and shadows. I would love to go back someday in the warmer months to feel the heat of that light as well.
