I have to admit that I underestimated Hawai’i. Since I’m not someone who loves beach vacations, I didn’t think I would enjoy it as much as I did. However, I fell in love with the Big Island almost instanteously. It’s hard to deny the rugged beauty of the island, and getting to see a volcano erupt just added to the once in a lifetime experience.
